does the theme effect the post updating system?

with the icon that means "new post" can we have it changed to something more noticeable please? like something that catches the eye.. the icons we have right now arnt very eye catching...

Kinda like the ones on shine HQ you mean? Whenever a new theme is set you usually have to manually put back the banner and all the custom icons. Though im pretty sure kiri could get some icons for this place pretty easy o.o
